Polyphony
A little boy and his mother move to the other side of the world, to a small village lost in the mountains that is rapidly becoming depopulated. In the past of Koko and Indileni and that of the inhabitants of Grae there is a lot of pain, a suffering that vanishes thanks to music. The language they speak in the choir room doesn’t need words, music is a supernatural and unstoppable force: it lifts objects, overturns prejudices, creates a new space. This story is set in that space.
