Join us as we take you through a poetic reading. The Tarot of Better Days is a project that explores reading of the Tarot de Marseille cards. The evening forms into a rave for one night, featured by original scenography, a work by artist Elsa Martinez, and a DJ set by Mira. The evening will be lead by Marie Hervé.
The Tarot of Better Days is a project that explores the poetic reading of the Tarot de Marseille cards amidst the ruins of the Western empire. Studying the Tarot as an object that traveled from the Middle Ages, from Northern Italy to Genoa and Marseille, Marie Hervé takes on the figure of the seer as a reader of the present times, amid the end of a bourgeois world, where the promise of brighter tomorrows collapses in favor of faith in good fortune.
Marie Hervé is a visual artist, author and bookmaker living and working between Rome and Marseille.
