January 10 from 10.30

On Saturday, January 10, Spazio Supernova opens its doors to the Grinberg Method.
A day to discover the method that teaches how to free one’s creativity by working with the body.

The Grinberg Method is an approach based on the body’s innate ability to learn.
We are our body: it is where our uniqueness, our potential, and our experience live.

With the Grinberg Method it is possible to work on various aspects, including: chronic pain, headaches, tension, digestive disorders, insomnia, anxiety, fear, stress, and emotional blocks.

A Grinberg Method session begins with a foot reading, through which it is possible to observe how a person “walks through life.” This is accompanied by listening to what the person brings: symptoms, difficulties, and desires.
Together, the pattern that limits expression, being, or growth is identified, and a goal is defined.

After this initial assessment phase, work begins on the body through touch, breathing, attention, and movement. The person learns to recognize their patterns and to interrupt them.

During the process, sensations, fears, or held emotions may emerge, fostering greater presence and the release of energy.
